Seth Kaper-Dale and his co-pastor wife Stephanie have served the Reformed Church of Highland Park in New Jersey since 2001. In addition to traditional church ministry, they have created a robust network of church-based non-profits with 125 staff that exist to provide affordable housing, disaster relief, re-entry support after prison, mental health services, immigrant advocacy, and support for veterans, unaccompanied minors, victims of trafficking, asylees and refugees. The housing corporation operates 25 buildings and manages leases for over 1000 tenants currently. They have also created a refugee run cafe and a fair trade marketplace and an organization to support those with cancer. In 2017 Seth was the Green Party candidate for New Jersey’s governor.
