Sara Sybesma Tolsma is a professor of biology at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa. A former co-editor of Perspectives, she has served on the Christian Action Commission of the Reformed Church in America, and the Board of Trustees of New Brunswick Theological Seminary. She co-authored, with Jason Lief, Jesus Loves You and Evolution is True. She and her husband, Jeff, have three adult children, and are big Kansas City Chiefs fans.
